Based at our offices in Wellingborough or at your own premises, Jess can tailor barista training sessions to you and your groups needs and cover everything to give you the confidence to go out and create the very best in coffee.

Jess’ Bio
“I began my journey within the coffee industry in about 2014. I was living in a shared house and getting to know a new housemate who was running a coffee bar in a local theatre. I listened to her speak so passionately about coffee and its related practices and found myself feeling so enthused about it. She offered me a few hours in the bar, gave me a few basic, practical lessons on the coffee machine and I was hooked.
Since then I have been mainly self-taught from finding and studying YouTube videos, with interspersed pointers from various people that I have worked with over the last few years.While there are many coffee brewing methods available it quickly became apparent that espresso was a passion for me.
The mechanical nature of the equipment and method, the potential for artistry and creative flare and quite simply the beauty of an espresso machine all captured my admiration and interest. I also have a soft spot for the romance and historic connection with Turkish coffee brewing using an Ibrik. I found the history of politics surrounding Turkish coffee fascinating.
For me there is no better sense of satisfaction in coffee than steaming a silky-smooth pitcher of milk and creating some beautiful latte art, and in training someone else to achieve this I get almost as much gratification.”
